Changes made to Issues and Activities are tracked with what’s called Change Documents in QIM. Generally, the system administrator or quality coordinator would be able to use QIM Change Documents to see several important things including what issue or activity was changed, what did they change, who made the changes, and exactly what time and date changes were made.
