Clients with highly validated environments, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies for example, will often use the CC01 – Create Change Number transaction (T-Code) in SAP to ensure full tracking and approvals are in place for creating or making any changes to Inspection Plans. Each Change is given a unique Change Number after saving the change. The unique Change Number can then be used in making a change to the Inspection Plan in QP01 Inspection Plan Create and QP02 Inspection Plan Change. Each Change Number can be viewed by the Coordinator who can then drill down to view the details of each Change Number.
