Position Summary

QMS is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to sell SAP Consulting Services as well as staff augmentation services. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of sales excellence and the ability to manage a book of business. This person will be a self-starter with over 5 years’ experience selling IT Consulting and Staffing in Enterprise Software niches, like SAP.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building sales pipeline.
  • Manage sales cycle from identifying prospects, servicing customers and identifying appropriate resources; all the way through closing the deal.
  • Demonstrated ability and initiative to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.
  • Ability to contact, qualify, and close current and prospective customers.
  • Broad understanding of mainstream technologies and IT project life cycles.
  • Manage and follow up on qualified leads.
  • Work remotely with 20% travel expected.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Minimal Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience

  • 5 + years of experience selling staffing/recruiting and consulting services to large / global companies.
  • Command knowledge of SAP staffing and the consulting marketplace.
  • Proven track record of selling IT services and maintaining strong client relationships and recognizing on-going client needs.
  • Record of sustained and significant success in sales.
  • Proven success working independently and remotely.

Skills

  • Engage with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proven ability to uncover client needs
  • Must be articulate with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities.

Experience selling and recruiting within niche, ERP markets.
